Springfest 2007

     On April 28th the Brookside Teen group took the trek up to Northland Camp for Spring Fest 2007. The speakers this year were Jason Janz and Kevin Brownfield, who both challenged the teens to be fascinated with God and come to know Him personally. There were also plenty of activities and games for all to enjoy and some of the teens even challenged Pastor Steve to jousting and boxing! It was all in all a great time of fun filled, God-centered fellowship.

This Wednesday, although it was bitter cold out, we still managed to have a good time. We started off teen group playing a game called Streets and Alleys. Later then we went inside and sang some songs and listened to Nic as he brought us a message from the Word of God.

Northland’s Men’s Volleyball Team

   

This Sunday, we had the pleasure of hosting the Northland Baptist Bible College Men’s Volleyball Team with Coach Herron.  They ministered unto us by song and testimonies. Graduate student, Sam Brown brought us a message from Psalm 103:7 regarding the incredible mercy and steadfast love of Jesus Christ. He also challenged us to what our response would be to Christ for all the trials and wrong things we have done in our life.
